Having reimagined the Air Jordan 2 with a premium quilted leather makeover, Don C and his Just Don brand took the iconic silhouette to fashionable heights it had never seen. While the blue-based variation did indeed make its way to retail, it appears as though that wasn’t the only version in the works.
Featured both above and below is a Black/Gold sample version of the Just Don x Air Jordan 2. Left on the cutting room floor, due to its gold detailing failing to pass safety regulations, a premium black base finds itself paired with a white midsole and shimmering gold trimmings.
