The Jordan 6-17-23 Arrives in “Black Metallic”

Following the announcement of a “Carmine” colorway comes the Jordan 6-17-23 “Black Metallic.” These sneakers haven’t surface since 2014 and for the first time, these colorways will be adding to the retro lineup. 

The Jordan 6-17-23 fuses elements from the Air Jordan 6 and the Air Jordan 17 to create an entirely new sneaker. Oddly enough, when you add up 6 and 17, you get 23 — the number Michael Jordan made famous. Hence the name, “6-17-23,” pays tribute to this magic math. The sneaker is made with a mix of nubuck, leather, and mesh. The murdered-out upper sits atop a translucent midsole and gets embellished with silver metallic details on the eyelets and heel counter.
