As some of the most iconic cartoons to ever grace television, The Jetsons and Flintstones bring back memories from simpler times. The Jetsons & Flintstones x Reebok Capsule Collection gives us major nostalgia as the two classics create collaborative footwear and apparel. The collection comes loaded with nine different sneakers including a Reebok Classic Leather, a Reebok Classic Leather Legacy AZ, a Reebok Zig Kinetica II Edge, a Reebok Instapump Fury 94, a Reebok Nano X1, a Reebok Club C, a Reebok Club C Legacy, and two Reebok Zig Kinetica IIs.
Inspired by the fictional universes created by Hanna-Barbera, this collection travels through time from the past of Bedrock to the future of Orbit City. The Reebok Classic Leather is styled in the likeness of Fred Flintstone himself. The sneaker has a clean white upper with hints of orange saber-tooth tiger print and blue laces to mimic Fred’s signature fit. The Reebok Classic Leather Legacy AZ puts the spotlight on George Jetson. Details from George’s life in the future are reflected in the metallic iridescent accents and white upper. The Reebok Zig Kinetica II Edge gets a playful makeover as it gets inspired by the Flintstones’ pet dinosaur, Dino. The sneaker has a bright pink upper with prehistoric shades of brown on the overlays and outsole. The Jetsons and Flintstones’ worlds collide on the Reebok Instapump Fury 94. The silhouette combines animal prints and furs with metallic and iridescent details. The Reebok Nano X1 pays homage to Bedrock as the sneaker has a stone-inspired mesh upper with dinosaur accents like the 3D “Bones” X1 tongue logo. The sockliner is also complete with brontosaurus burgers and steaks, Fred and Barney’s favorite food. The Reebok Club C takes after Wilma Flintstone. The sneaker is designed in the likeness of her iconic dress and even has her signature pearls as the lace dubrae. The Reebok Club C Legacy honors Jane Jetson as it has a bright pink upper and metallic accents to match her futuristic style. Lastly, the collection offers two variations of the Reebok Zig Kinetica II. The Great Gazoo inspires one version with his signature green on the upper, while the other takes after the Jetsons’ robot helper Rosie.
