Is Virgil Abloh Wearing His OFF WHITE x Air Jordan 1 “UNC” to the MET Gala Tonight?

Just a short time ago, on Instagram, Virgil Abloh officially confirmed his upcoming OFF WHITE x Air Jordan 1 “UNC”. Vindicated in a video with a caption that read, “when I was a kid, Jordan showed up to the playoffs with a new colorway every trip. game one later,” it appears Abloh is ready to lace up his pair tonight for a special occasion.

Said occasion is the annual MET Gala, which takes place tonight in New York City. Virgil geo tagged the location in his post, which also features the Air Jordan 1 in question in the hands of an unidentified person.

This is the third Air Jordan 1 from Abloh. It’s said that the shoe will release on June 9 although retail destinations haven’t been announced.
