The Nike SB Dunk has been seen in a plethora of colorways. Every once and a while, a color scheme comes around that sets itself apart from the rest. Such was the case with the Nike SB Dunk Low “Roller Derby”. Paying homage to the subculture sport, Made for Skate and the Swoosh combined white cracked leather with red wood grain style suede on this collaborative effort. Silver heel tabs featuring the words “SKATE” and “BOARD” on opposite shoes, along with the special insoles featuring a vintage female roller derby participant and a stitched #10 on the lower front panel add a special flair to this popular shoe.

Exactly one year ago today, this shoe dropped as a Quickstrike. Since, they have still been an extremely sought after shoe. Were you able to get your hands on a pair? How so? Did you have to pay a large amount above retail? Tell us your story in the comments below.
