2011 NBA All-Star Weekend is one week away, and most of you are looking forward to the upcoming sneaker releases. Therefore, our ‘In Retrospect’ takes you back to one of the memorable All-Star releases of 2010. Around this time last year (February 11th to be exact), Nike released this quartet of low-top “2010 All-Star” Air Force 1s, along with a metallic silver Air Force 1 Hi. The actual game was held at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas; therefore, Nike added a Texas shaped, All-Star logo in red, white and blue on the heel. As for materials/texture makeup, Nike chose to go with patent leather on the low-tops and reflective 3M on the high-top.

Did you purchase a sneaker in the Nike Air Force 1 “2010 NBA All-Star” collection, and was it worth the money you paid? If not, are you wishing you would have snagged one of these last February? How does this compare to some of the other Air Force 1 releases of 2010 (“Jones Beach”, “Foamposite”)? Lastly, was this one of your favorite releases of 2010?
