History of Nike “Back to School” Sneakers

It’s that time of year again. Summer is over, and nothing can kill that back to school shopping spree buzz faster than the realization that school is starting up again. Reminding everyone for the past three years, Nike has worked up “Back To School” sneakers that take the phrase literally.

History of Nike Back to School Sneakers - 2007 Back to School Pack

2007 brought the original Back To School Pack. A pair of Dunk Highs got the composition notebook treatment, and were decked in black and white. The pack also included a pair of Elmer’s School Glue-inspired Air Max 90’s. The third pair, Vandal Highs, represent the Crayola Crayons Box with which we’re all so familiar, with a green and yellow colorway.
