Hajime Sorayama is a Japanese illustrator known for his portrayals of shiny feminine robots in futuristic backdrops. Now, the artist is making his way into the sneaker realm with the latest offering of the Li-Ning Shadow. Aside from a sneaker release, Sorayama is releasing an apparel collection to accompany the drop.
Like his artwork, the Li-Ning Shadow arrives in a silver upper with mirror finishings mimicking his famed robotic portraits. Highlighting the pair is a BOA fit system allowing the wearer to dial in their desired fit. For the finishing touches, the silhouette features a foam-constructed midsole for comfort and support.
