The legendary graffiti artist and Nike SB continue their relationship.
Futura, also known as Futura 2000, has a new Nike SB Dunk Low.
The Futura x Nike SB Dunk Low surfaces in two colorways, potentially signaling a general release (GR) and friends and family (F&F) version of the latest project.
The first of two Futura x Nike SB Dunk Low colorways is designed with a white canvas upper and multicolor overlays with Futura’s signature abstract style. With predominately blue tones covering the shoe, a white midsole and translucent blue outsole also accompany the pair. FL heel counter branding is also spotted on the pair.
The second iteration is designed with more prominent warm tones as red, yellow and pink are executed on the pair loudly.
The Futura x Nike SB relationship dates back to the early 2000s with some of the most coveted SBs to date with the Futura x Nike SB Dunk High “For Love or Money” colorways.
The latest pair would be Futura’s second project in recent years following the Off-White x Futura Laboratories x Nike SB Dunk Low collection that was released via auction with proceeds going towards the Virgil Abloh Foundation.
The Futura x Nike SB Dunk Low releases on May 18, 2024, via FuturaLabratories.com and potentially at SNKRS and select Nike SB shops.
