Foot Patrol, one of London’s most famous sneaker spots, is not new to the collaboration game. The brand’s newest joint project is a basketball theme with PONY, producing the Foot Patrol x PONY TopStar. Commemorating two very different demographics, these special sneakers combine the basketball cultures of New York and London into a unique style. Featuring both a high and low-top version of the TopStar, each model is dressed in textured grey suede on their entire uppers – one light and one dark. Bright basketball orange leather on the medial branding, a laser etched “Gas Mask” branding on the heel, a custom tongue label which celebrates both Foot Patrol and PONY, and two-tone laces tagged with the names of both cities all add extensive detail to this collaboration.
