| The 1World Air Force 1 project from Nike Sportswear has seen some incredible releases since its beginnings back in June of last year. The CLOT x Nike Air Force 1 is the epitome of what the projects goals are, give designers a platform to express there individuality, culture, and place in the sneaker world.
The CLOT AF1 celebrates the Chinese Lunar New Year perfectly by using the color red, which represents luck, happiness, and prosperity, all of which are a big part of the New Year celebration. By going with CLOT Royale Deluxe Silk they have used one of the most traditional and most recognized Chinese-made materials. Scratch, peel or burn the silk to reveal a dark brown leather underneath featuring a similar graphic pattern.
