Late last night, Chris Brown took to IG to announce an upcoming collaboration with ASICS. Posting the polka dotted Colette collab but letting the world know he had his own on the way, the pop star with a penchant for shoes and kick culture will be the second artist this year to work with ASICS on what we’d presume to be a retro runner, following Wale who collaborated on the Gel Lyte III this summer via his VILLA partnership.
In regards to the shoe biz, Brown has worked with Reebok in the past on charitable events, but has never had an official collaboration with a major sportswear brand. Model, availability and design details on his ASICS collab are unknown at this moment, but keep it locked to Nice Kicks for more information.
