Casablanca has been keeping it close with New Balance, working with the brand on a variety of different sneakers. Just after revealing a green and orange XC-72 earlier this year, the luxury brand announced that another Casablanca x New Balance XC-72 is on the way.
Deemed as a “Sports Car For Your Feet,” this sneaker pulls up in the fast lane with art direction that reminds us of vintage Ferrari ads circa 1980. The aerodynamic structure of the shoe adds a fast and sporty aesthetic to the sneaker. Shades of red and yellow also lend themselves to the Ferrari theme, with the brand being known for their red cars and yellow emblems.
As of now, there’s no official release date for this Casablanca x New Balance XC-72. We’re still waiting on a release date for the green and orange pair as well.
