In their latest venture, Puma has tagged the Black Fives Foundation to create a limited-edition Puma Suede and multi-use virtual platform to celebrate African-American history in Basketball.
This exclusive iteration of the Suede features a sapphire blue upper with the iconic formstrip appearing across the lateral and medial panels. Elements of the Foundation, including their trademarked slogan “Make History Now,” appears on the midsole and throughout the design.
Alongside the Suede, the duo is introducing a Black Fives Online Museum, a virtual platform that reveals the Foundation’s archives of 1000 historical artifacts and other related content of the Black Fives Era of basketball.
