It’s the most wonderful time of year which means shiny ornaments and bright colors are all around us. It seems that the BAPE ROAD STA is taking inspiration from holiday embellishments as the sneaker returns in three metallic colorways.
This trio of BAPE ROAD STAs have corresponding color palettes, with the green/purple pair being the stand alone outlier. The blue/red pair has a blue toe box and rear, with rose gold tinted quarters. BAPE’s signature shooting star is dressed in metallic red, while the mudguard wraps around in gold. The red/gold pair colorway almost seems Wonder Woman themed, as shiny red and blue contrast against the metallic gold accents. Lastly, the green/purple pair make a statement with gold on the toe box and mudguard. The quarters are filled with metallic blue to correspond with the remaining pairs.
