Like many retro runners and trainers of years past that have been reinvented for modern times, ASICS Tiger is retooling much of their retro running line for 2015. First up to bat is the Gel Kayano Trainer – a shoe that just last year re-entered the brand’s archival release crop.
First introduced back in 1993, the ASICS Gel Kayano EVO sees original material concepts wiped away in exchange for a streamlined one-piece mesh upper followed by synthetic overlays at the sidestriping. Moreover, the midsole is strengthened for heightened stability, while this initial colorway takes on a tonal grey perspective with vibrant neon lime along the neoprene sockliner.
The updated ASICS Gel Kayano EVO is available now at select retailers globally, including Footpatrol.
