Although it would seem as if all of ASICS’ archival arsenal was present in today’s sneaker landscape, it’s really not. Silhouettes like the Gel Lyte Speed have been on hiatus for several years. But like all good things, they don’t stay away for too long.
Returning for summer 2015, the ASICS Gel Lyte Speed “Safety Yellow” incorporates plush suede and leather construction married to masterful color blocking thanks to a yellow frontfoot and a stark black rear.
