Adidas Ushers In Another Forum ’84 Low With Some Help From Arwa Al Banawi

No other silhouette has been more active for adidas than the Forum ’84. Evidenced by the abundance of in-line colorways and collaborations, the retro hoops sneaker has become an integral part of adidas’ long term plans. After months of anticipation, Saudi Arabian designer Arwa Al Banawi’s Forum ’84 Low is set to release to the public.

This iteration of the adidas Forum ’84 Low features a largely neutral upper, with shades across the white-scale sprawling across the upper. Drawing from Al Banawi’s muslim culture, details across the sneaker pay homage to the traditional headscarf, like the counter’s red houndstooth. Elsewhere, red stitches find way across the Three Stripes branding. The sneaker’s design is finished with a tongue strap and gum sole.
