London and Boston join forces with the upcoming Aries x New Balance Fresh Foam 1080v11 “Unbalanced III.” This new sneaker marks Aries & New Balance’s third release together and features a supporting campaign directed by David Sims.
Inspired by the sport of running both as pastime and escape, this New Balance Fresh Foam 1080v11 has a dynamic upper that captures the process of motion. The red and black colorway gives the sneaker intensity that is complemented by the morphed pattern of the knit upper. This asymmetrical design feature gets carried down to the Fresh Foam midsole, which has a gradient appearance and is finished with mismatched green and orange accents. Although both shoes have the same knit pattern, one sneaker has more red highlights, while the other appears more black. The sneakers come with two sets of laces in shades of black and highlighter yellow. Co-branded elements appear on the tongue tags and medial quarter, which reads “NB-AA.”
A collaborative apparel collection is also being released alongside this sneaker and features a hoodie, trackpants, a T-shirt, a Qspeed Shrug, Tights, Sherpa Anorak, Fuel Vest, and socks.
