Following a plethora of KITH collaborations, ASICS has this time around tapped Seoul-based fashion label Andersson Bell for a hiking-inspired GEL-1090.
The reimagined Andersson Bell x ASICS GEL-1090 arrives in a trio of colorways, all of which feature hiking elements such as the flecked laces and the paracord that wraps around the lateral and medial walls. In terms of construction, the duo keeps with the usual breathable mesh and smooth leathers for the base, which also extends to the overlays and vector logo. Final details include Andersson Bell branding on the tongues and “1090” appearing on the forefoot midsole.
The Andersson Bell x ASICS GEL-1090 will drop in three color options of grey, orange, and black on March 20 at select ASICS retailers.
