Alexis Sablone, the multi-talented skater, and Converse are making history with the Converse AS-1 Pro — the first cup sole silhouette within the brand’s CONS line.

Sablone’s first-ever signature shoe takes inspiration from Converse basketball and court silhouettes of the ‘80s while striving to create a comfortable shoe for all skaters. With its cup sole build, the AS-1 Pro provides impact protection while maintaining board feel with its herringbone outsole. Additionally, the shoe features a CX foam sock liner for impact protection and cushioning and a rubber lateral sidewall that meets the demands of every ride.

The inaugural signature shoe for the skateboarder, architect, sculptor, painter, producer, etc., is a testament to the brand’s innovative spirit along with Sablone’s mission for creating an inclusive space that isn’t bound by titles.

The Converse AS-1 Pro releases globally on May 2 in the green colorway followed by the red and black colorways on June 2 on Converse.com and at select global retailers.
