The Air Jordan Alpha 1 made its debut in the classic “Bred” colorway early this year. Since then, we’ve seen special colorways for both Ray Allen and Tinker Hatfield. Still, many of you have been waiting on the pair we see here, which Dwyane Wade wore on Christmas Day. As you should know by now, the Alpha 1 is an undated version of the original Air Jordan 1. It has been enhanced though, with Zoom technology and new-age materials, allowing it to maintain a classic look while offering performance for the modern player. Matte red appears on the Foxing, midfoot and tip, matching up with the classic Varisty Red outsole. The toe box, tongue and quarter panels have been treated to white perforated leather, while black is used on the Swoosh, logos and liner to finish things off. These can currently be had overseas, but should make it to the states soon. |
