Boston Celtics All-Star Jayson Tatum was the first Jordan Brand athlete to wear the Air Jordan 36 on court earlier this season and he’s representing Team USA in the Tokyo Olympics so it’s fitting he’s getting a PE for the occasion.
The upper is seen in white mesh and leather with a navy tongue and laces. Tatum’s “JT” logo is seen in red on the Air Jordan 6 inspired lace pocket on the left sneaker with the Jumpman in red on the left. The accenting strip that surrounds and divides the mesh from the leather upper is seen in navy with it red around the heel. Photo Blue is utilized in minor accenting seen on the Infinity logo tag and most notably on the midsole and Eclipse Plate for stability on the unlocked Zoom units in the heel and forefoot. A white speckled midsole is utilized with a translucent outsole to finish off the sneaker.
The Air Jordan 36 PE “Jayson Tatum” will retail for $185 and will release on August 21 only in North America. Check out the official photos below and let us know what your favorite Air Jordan 36 PE is so far. For any updates on a drop date, stay tuned to our Jordan Release Dates page.
