The Air Jordan 1 Acclimate Gets Ready for Winter with a Snowy Colorway

While we refuse to put our Air Jordans away for the winter, we have to admit that sometimes our favorites get a little chilly. With the Air Jordan 1 Acclimate you get the best of both worlds by getting your kick fix and still keeping your feet warm.

The Air Jordan 1 Acclimate is essentially a winterized version of the classic AJ1. This iteration comes ready in a mix of white and grey layers. The upper is constructed with durable leather to withstand the elements. Unlike other AJ1 models, the Air Jordan 1 Acclimate seals the perforations on the toe box so that your feet will stay dry in the snow. This sneaker integrates design elements from a pair of classic winter boots that can be seen on the metal D-ring eyelets and quilted fabric around the extended ankle collar. This version of the AJ1 also omits the traditional Air Jordan Wings logo typically seen on the ankle collar. The heel counter opts for a TPU textile rather than traditional leather, making for an easy cleanup of any built-up slush. For added warmth, the sneaker is finished with faux fur lining along the inside.

The Air Jordan 1 Acclimate will be available soon via Nike.com and select retailers. The price is set at $150. Be sure to check back with our Jordan Release Dates page for more info and updates on the drop.
