adidas is bringing a golf-inspired ZX 8000 to its current A-ZX series. Set to release this week, the adidas A-ZX 8000 “Golf” features textured exteriors, magnetic markers, and much more.
Aptly representing the letter “G,” the golf-indebted adidas ZX 8000 was thought up alongside Berlin-based retailer OVERKILL. To pay homage to the beloved sport, the sneaker features a lot of design cues taken directly from the golf ball such as its synthetic exterior. The textured pattern is spotlighted on the toe, side profile, and heel, while the black tongue is elevated with a magnetic logo, which additionally acts as a marker on the green. For those that don’t want to stray far from the green, the sneaker’s insoles sport a grassy field.
The adidas ZX 8000 “Golf” is set to release on April 2 via select retailers and adidas.com.
