Recently, the brand with the Three Stripes has experimented with a variety of adidas Superstar sneakers. Official photos have displayed the classic sneaker with an Aqua Toe and also have teased a Superstar collaboration with movie star Jonah Hill, among others. In another offering, adidas has presented two new jelly textured shell toes for a June release.
For this mini collection, the adidas Superstar looks to release in two iterations: “Shock Purple” and “Hazel Coral.” Both pairs feature the classic Superstar upper, which consists of gold “Superstar” branding and black/white branding. However, the jelly-themed shell toe and outsole provide a change in texture and overall aesthetic to the former basketball sneaker.
