Overview: Overall, the adidas Springblade is a solid running shoe. For the casual jogger/walker that’s just getting into the game, the Springblade offers a nice ride and strong support. They shoe is more than capable of doing the job on the track and the treadmill, and it holds up in the heat.
For the lightweight speedster or the trail runner, the Springblade is probably not the best option. Yes, they’ll wear well for long jogs on smooth surfaces, but they’re a tad heavy for sprinting and a little jagged for loose terrain.
