It seems that the world has their mind on galaxies far, far away as billionaires are casually competing in a modern day space race. Adidas takes the intergalactic themes that have been hovering over us to design the NMD R1 Spectoo “Signal Green.”
With out of this world comfort, the adidas NMD R1 Spectoo has a space grey BOOST sole and translucent overlays. The “Signal Green” is carried throughout the Primeknit upper, which features monochromatic detailing of the extraterrestrial color. The lateral side of the shoe is marked with analog font that includes the NMD logo and code just beneath it. The most futuristic element of this sneaker is the recycled components, with 20% of the pieces being made with more than 50% recycled content. This is something we definitely hope to see more of as the years goes by because truth of the matter is — there won’t be a future if we don’t start incorporating more eco-friendly habits.
