adidas Basketball has officially unveiled the eighth signature sneaker for Damian Lillard, the adidas Dame 8, inspired by Dame’s relentless training and boxing mentality.
“This shoe is special to me because it reflects a boxer’s mindset – working hard every single day, putting in the extra hours during training and bringing the heat right down to the last second of every game,” explains Lillard.
The Dame 8 features Bounce Pro, a dual-density foam that feels lightweight and soft on your feet with a firmer sidewall for stability and responsiveness. A unique traction pattern is used to help make Dame and wearers feel quick and responsive when changing direction on cuts, pivots, and stepbacks and make them feel effortless.
adidas has revealed 4 colorways dropping in the near future, the 4th QTR K.O. colorways in Bold Purple/Electric Yellow that drops on December 19th, and Grey/Teal, the “Dame Time” colorway, and the “Respect My Name” colorway all dropping in early 2022.
