Alongside the OG colorway of the adidas Crazy 97 EQT, adidas is set to release a new colorway of the sneaker inspired by the throwback jerseys of the Cleveland Cavaliers, the city where the 1997 NBA All-Star Game was held where Kobe Bryant won the dunk contest in his rookie season.

The sneaker features a metallic silver upper with orange and bright blue accenting, inspired by the jerseys the Cleveland Cavs wore in the mid to late 90s to early 00s. The 3 Stripes appear in white on the lateral side with a holographic emblem on the lateral side and on the tongue. The pulltab on the tongue features the adidas logo with 1997 stitched on it, a nod to the ’97 NBA All-Star Weekend with the heel featuring the Feet You Wear mascot on the straps. The Feet You Wear midsole and outsole are seen in white and black, with the outsole featuring a splatter print throughout the black herringbone traction pattern. The Crazy 97 EQT uses Feet You Wear technology, which is designed to mimic your foot anatomically with curves and shape of the foot, using a wide, low to the ground base and rounded-off edges to prevent ankles from turning over.
