Remember how futuristic and ahead of its time the adidas Crazy 1 was when it was first donned by a certain someone? Well, oddly enough, it’s been 18 years, and the sneaker is still alive and kicking (pun intended) and pushing the boundaries, now dripping in ADV form.
Keeping up with modern trends, the hoop sneaker is dressed in a Primeknit sock-like construction sporting an easy-access ankle collar and supportive striping on its upper for maximum lockdown support.
Here, we see this transformed design in a striking purple color on the forefoot, backed by black elastic on the heel counter. Living up to its crazy name, a leather patch is stitched to the back for a bit of flair.
The adidas Crazy 1 ADV “Purple” will land global at adidas.com on May 15th retailing for $140.
