As the 45th anniversary of the adidas Superstar continues, the 10th anniversary of the adidas Consortium Superstar acts as a very alluring secondary tale. At the 35-year mark of the Superstar, adidas celebrated the iconic style with a Consortium release, helmed by many of the world’s leading sneaker retailers. Today, the final partners of the anniversary pack see their collaborative styles debuted – the adidas Consortium Superstar x D-Mop & adidas Consortium Superstar x Footpatrol.
With a stamped leather heel and aggressive bravado throughout, the Footpatrol edition comes dressed in premium croc embossed leather in terra-cotta coloring. Its counterpart, reimagined by D-Mop, ventures down a much more traditional path with red and blue accents over a classic white base. Releasing at Consortium retailers on February 14th, the adidas Consortium 10th anniversary Superstar pack will retail for $150 each.
