In what became an eventful night of sports last night, Week 9 of the NFL season kicked off as the New Orleans Saints took on divisional rival, the Carolina Panthers. In a game that looked to provide context to a rather lackluster NFC South, the New Orleans Saints dominated as Drew Brees and Jimmy Graham help lead the Saints to a convincing victory. While Graham is still nursing a rather debilitating shoulder injury, the stellar tight end donned a rather illustrious adidas model during the matchup, as the storied sneaker brand has recently announced a partnership with the NFL.

The will allow players who endorse the adidas brand to willingly wear cleats and gloves using the Three Stripes logo. Be on the lookout this weekend as fellow adidas endorsers Robert Griffin III, DeMarco Murray, Sammy Watkins and Von Miller should sport some gems during their respective games. Also, tune in every Tuesday for latest episode of Gridiron Kicks.
