Yoon Ahn of AMBUSH is coming off a collection with the Swoosh for the Tokyo Summer Olympics alongside fellow heavy-hitters such as Virgil Abloh, Chitose Abe, and Jun Takahashi and it looks like more is in the works between AMBUSH and Nike with a potential collaboration on the ’90s basketball sneaker Nike Air Adjust Force.

The Nike Air Adjust Force featured a modular strap that used Nike’s Fitwrap technology, that the shoe can be worn with or without and can be swapped with different color straps to fit your team’s uniform or just fit overall. Mostly worn by high schoolers and college players, such as a young Vince Carter at UNC, the Nike Air Adjust Force featured a large Air Max unit in the heel and was an extremely popular shoe for those that grew up hooping in the ’90s.

The AMBUSH x Nike Air Adjust Force is set to drop in 4 colorways, Black, White, Orange, and University Blue and looks to be reworked with Nike Grind rubber. The sneaker uses a modular strap seen in their respective colors with co-branding found on the heel strap with AMBUSH branding on the left heel and the Swoosh on the right, and vice versa on the heel of the midsole.

The AMBUSH x Nike Air Adjust Force is set to drop on August 19th in Black and White via SNKRS with the Orange and University Blue release date still unknown. Retail is set at $210. Check out the photos below and for all the latest drop dates, head over to our Sneaker Release Dates page.
