The return of the Stackhouse Mid has many of us thinking more about Fila footwear. While the Italian sportswear company has roots dating back to 1911, the brand broke through in the US basketball market during the mid-90s thanks to endorsements from Grant Hill, Jerry Stackhouse, and other NBA stars. With one Stackhouse on the way and previous re-releases of the first two Hill signatures, here are five more FILA models we?d like to see come back.
Fila Stack Mid
image via Shinya YamaguchiComing off an All-Rookie campaign and first year signature, Jerry Stackhouse laced up the Fila Stack Mid in his sophomore season while playing with Allen Iverson. Colorways derived from the classy Philly uniforms as well as his college days at Carolina. The signature featured icy accents on the outsole and is considered a favorite by most Fila fans.
