Air Jordan 6 Rings Championship Pack - 1993 Title Vs Phoenix Suns
 “Terrible…Terrible!” I can hear Charles Barkley right now describing this sneaker with those harsh words. He would probably be downgrading this shoe only because the inspiration was taken from the 1993 NBA Championship the Bulls won at the expense of he and the Suns. At Marquee Sole, we have found yet another installment to the Air Jordan 6 Rings Championship Pack. Last month, we showed you another Phoenix Suns-inspired Jordan 6 Rings that was predominately black and purple. Obviously, this sneaker is the reverse colorway.
To signify the accomplishments and feats of this particular championship, laser drawings on imprinted on the upper. For example, a cactus and a picture of a shining sun are there to represent Phoenix, Arizona. A hand holding up three fingers exemplifies the Bulls third ring, while a picture of Godzilla symbolizes Charles Barkley (another reason Sir Charles would talk negative about these). Along with this sneaker, we have now seen four colorways included in this Championship Pack. You have to give JB credit for the theme! |

the colorway is crazy on these, same wit the laker joints but y oh y are they giving trash shoes hard colors. some of these woulda been better on packages seriously, since they didnt do all retros. wats goin on wit jordan brand for real

Love the idea….but they should’ve applied it to regular J’s, not the 6 Rings. Like, why not put the Jazz colorway on the XII’s or XIII’s….

hh, not my style. On another note, I heard a rumor today that the 11/12 package was pushed back to January. Did anyone hear anything like that before? I never heard anything like that before because JB usually releases its best stuff around Christmas. Can someone help me confirm if this is BS or not?

The folks @ JB have figured out that the new generation (i.e. young heads) are so accustomed to seeing & wearing fakes that they can produce cheap plastic-looking ‘authentic’ jays and the kids will love & purchase them. I guess they figured it was a waste or $$$ to use grade A materials on the new sneaker generation who is fine with accepting tacky/fake/cheap looking ish…

Nike ran adds, probably before your time, with a Barkley vs Godzilla theme while he was with the Suns. Just a reference for Sir Charles. Check out a book called “Sole Provider” by Robert Scoop Jackson, 30 years of Nike basketball. It will hip you to all the adds from Nike for the last 30 years.
