J Balvin and Jordan Brand have another Air Jordan 3 colorway on the way as the J Balvin x Air Jordan 3 “Rio” releases this summer.
The “Rio” colorway, dedicated to his son Rio, follows up the J Balvin x Air Jordan 3 “Medellín Sunset” colorway with a stark contrast as an all-black upper and dark grey details on the toe box and heel counter overshadow the shoe. Like its predecessor, the shoe features a gradient yellow, orange, and purple color scheme on the mudguard and translucent heel tab. A vibrant orange is found on the inner tongue and the shoe’s outsole.
The J Balvin x Air Jordan 3 “Rio” is the fourth installment for Jordan Brand’s first-ever Latino collaborator after the “Medellín Sunset” Air Jordan 3 as well as his collaborative Air Jordan 2 from 2022 and his Air Jordan 1 High OG collab from 2020.
The J Balvin x Air Jordan 3 “Rio” releases on May 22, 2024, for $250 in men’s as well as full-family sizing on SNKRS and select retailers.
