Sidewinder stitching differentiates the upcoming Y’s by Yohji Yamamoto x adidas Originals Stan Smith. Following in the footsteps of past joint projects with adidas, Y’s by Yohji Yamamoto uses a black, white and grey color combination on the iconic silhouette that has been a headliner of the year to date. The adidas Stan Smith has received many makeovers so far in 2014, but this upper end take uses premium leathers and a first time design on the Three Stripes to set itself apart. Woven into the black upper, grey threads are left hanging and not tied off to create a unique appearance, while giant Y’s tag the tongues for personalization.
