If you’ve been paying attention to the news, you’re well aware of the ongoing crisis going down in Australia. The bushfires have expanded at an alarming rate that have placed species and first responders in jeopardy.
In the last couple of weeks, tens of thousands have fled with thousands of homes being destroyed, millions of acres of land burnt, lives have been lost and an estimated half a billion animals have been killed or severally injured.
Melbourne-based customizer Chase Shiel is teaming up with two organizations for a charity raffle that features a custom Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 in your size with 100% of the proceeds going back to the Victorian CFA (@cfavic) and Wires Wild Life Rescue (@wireswildliferescue) which aim to combat the fires.
Raffle tickets are $10 an entry or six for $50 for your chance to win a pair in your choice of size (4-16 US, including half sizes). The raffle closes January 12th with the winner announced on January 16th. Tickets can be purchased here.
The shoes are made with Japanese olive and black nubuck, an alligator reverse Swoosh and crisp white leather. The sneaker is also fully leather lined.
