1. HOW TO ENTER: The giveaways will commence when the giveaway Instagram is published via @nicekicks November 1, 2013 and end at 11:59AM on November 4, 2013. The final winner will be announced on November 4, 2013. Any entries submitted after the winner has been announced will not be included.

4. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: The odds of winning a prize is dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are limited to one (1) per household. Estimated value of the prize is $570.00.
