The Vans California division adds yet another clean and unique look to a set of the brand’s classic silhouettes with the “Batik Indigo” Pack. Within the two-shoe collection, the Chukka Boot and Era each get a canvas constructed “Batik Indigo” print taken from traditional Japanese Shibori: the practice of utilizing different methods of dyeing cloth with a pattern by binding, stitching, folding, twisting, or compressing it. Both the Chukka Boot and Era also receive premium detailing in the form of patina finished metal eyelets, pigskin Vans labels and braided laces, along with a boat shoe style outsole. The Batik Indigo Pack is available now at select Vans retailers, and online directly from Vans.
