Two titans of street culture are about to merge for a massive deal. Vans‘ parent company, VF Corp (who also owns Timberland), will add Dickies under its already massive belt for $820 million USD.

This merge is expected to boost VF Corp’s revenue by 3.5% in 2017 which translates over to $11.85 billion in annual earnings. By 2021, it is anticipated that the merge will supplement over a $1 Billion in revenue, according to our friends over at Hypebeast.

With Nike’s rumored partnership with Amazon and more parent companies buying other big name brands, will we see more big name markets create a super merger of their own? Which brands would you like to see come together? Let us know in the comments section.
