The Under Armour Curry 2 “Splash Party” Celebrates Steph’s Birthday

For some, March 14 is known as “Pi Day”, for others it’s Stephen Curry’s birthday. To celebrate the NBA Superstar’s 35^th birthday, Under Armour has brought back the fan-favorite “Splash Party” Curry 2 for the occasion.  

The pair, which was originally released in 2016, features an amalgamation of all things synonymous with a kid’s party, including birthday cake, confetti, candles, and sprinkles done up in bold, poppy colors, which is anchored by the pair’s white upper.

Additional nods to Steph’s birthday include the hidden cake motif on the insole of the shoe. The shoe is equipped with Under Armour’s Charged Cushioning technology, which offers a responsive and durable feel, while the outsole is made of durable rubber with a multidirectional traction pattern for excellent grip on the court. Lastly, “SC” and Under Armour branding rounds out the final details.
