David Z and adidas joined forces with Ronnie Fieg to create this impressive “Black Tie Project”. Fieg stated, ?I wanted something classy, yet fresh. I guess it?s like James Bond meets Run DMC.? This high-quality Superstar possesses pearlized/patent leather and monochromatic pinstripes, but the most intriguing feature on this shoe is the retooling of the midsole and toe. Daivd Z and Adidas hosted a Black Tie gala (just two days before its Black Friday release), and the men were given a black Adidas neck tie when entering.
