Arriving in time for the sunshine weather, adidas and accessories designer Tulie Yaito have joined forces on a limited-edition Forum Hi. Inspired by Yaito’s signature knot and Keij? bags, the upcoming Tulie Yaito x adidas Originals Forum Hi is constructed from a mix of luxurious leather, prints, and colors.
The pair’s white pebble leather and faux pony hair base act as the perfect canvas for the detachable cowhide straps, blue and red embossed ostrich leather on the Three Stripes branding and ankle, as well as the green suede overlays, and black paisley cut-out leather. The bold colors are additionally a call out to Yaito’s Jamaican roots.
On the collaboration, Senior Product Manager Esaie Witherspoon shared,
We’re beyond excited about our partnership with Tulie and to release a fresh take on the Forum Hi. Tulie has such a unique ability to blend low and high brow, use her expert eye to rediscover an iconic shoe and do it all while giving homage to her roots through color and contrast.”
