Li-Ning may be new to the US but that doesn’t mean it was born yesterday. ?20 years ago the brand was founded by famous Chinese gymnast Li Ning and since then it has become a major sportswear brand in China and now an international mover and shaker. ?To commemorate their two decade run the brand enlisted Hong Kong toy designer Tim Tsui for the Li-Ning Crossover 20th Anniversary. ?Space suit inspired, this commemorative kick features a silver patent upper set on a transparent jelly based outsole. ?Unique attributes include a convertible upper making the shoe both a high and low top as well as an embroidered face on the tongue. ?How does this model compare to space age models from adidas and Reebok? ?Let us know in the comment section.
