There’s no denying that Virgil Abloh and OFF-WHITE have redefined and provided a new breath of air for sneaker collabs thanks to their success with Nike.

But what if Virgil took his talents to The Brand with the Three Stripes?

Johnnyskicks_ on IG answered that question for us with a fire concept. The concept comes to fruition with the help of an adidas UltraBoost 2.0 upper drenched in a steel blue colorway.

The concept is also paired with the revolutionary printed carbon fiber sole that adidas has released as of late. Lastly, the design is topped off by mimicking Virgil’s signature style such as labeling parts of the shoe with quotation marks and zip-tie detailing.

Could we see Abloh following Yeezy to adidas in the future? It’s unlikely, but cool to imagine. In the mean time, take a look at the concept above.
