“Homer Simpson” Is Emblazoned on Upcoming The Simpsons x Adidas NMD G1

Since its debut, Matt Groening’s The Simpsons has immortalized itself as one of the best TV shows of all time due to its pop culture references. Now the beloved show is once again the center of attention for Adidas’ upcoming collaborative range.

Included in the Fall 2023 release will be an NMD G1 paying tribute to Homer Simpson. The pair is decked out in a predominantly yellow outfit with light brown suede used on the Three Stripes branding and heel overlays. Further paying homage to Homer are the blue accents reminiscent of his pants as well as his famous “D’oh!” catchphrase spotlighted on the tongues. Lastly, Homer’s face appears from behind the lateral Three Stripes. Down below is a white Boost midsole and EVA inserts.
