For the second year in a row, the Portland Trail Blazers-themed quirky social media collective Trillblazin is teaming up with the actual Trail Blazers team for a sneaker event at the squad’s arena.
The “In Case You Missed It” event, taking place tomorrow afternoon in Portland, doubles as both a Buy / Sell / Trade event, as well as a display showcase featuring some of the industry’s most prolific collectors.
Both “Phase 2,” aka Jermaine Tolentino, and The Shoezeum founder Jordy Geller will be featuring some of the best sneakers from each of their insane collections. Phase 2, a former Sneak Peek guest, is known for his array of exclusive samples and rare PEs, while Geller will be showing off the only complete What The Doernbecher set in the world and several other gems.
The Doernbecher Children’s Hospital will also be represented on site, as Jacob Burris & Kian Safholm, two designers behind the latest Doernbecher Freestyle editions of the LeBron 13 and Air Max 95, will be on hand to talk about the organization, their designs and to sign pairs brought of their Doernbecher kicks.
In addition to all of the great sneakers on display, event attendees will also be given access to a tour of the Blazers’ locker room, which will be set up to showcase several of the player’s sneakers.
