With the spring/summer 2019 season quickly approaching, with that comes leaks that shine a light on the upcoming Supreme x Nike collaboration.
They’ll continue to dive deep in the Nike archive this time coming up for air with the Air Tailwind 4.
Released just before the turn of the century, in 1999, the Tailwind 4 features a design language very much of its time. The burly trainer screams early 2000’s aesthetics which just so happens to be the current wave in sneakers. This era is one that Supreme has pulled from before, making their choice here not at all surprising given past selections.
Often released in sets of threes or fours, it’s anticipated that more colorways of the Supreme x Nike Air Tailwind 4 will be unveiled in the weeks ahead. Stay tuned for more details.
Update 2/28: Detailed images of the Supreme x Nike Air Tailwind IV have recently been unveiled. Two colorways are set to drop in black/blue and white/red. Release details have not yet been announced. Stay tuned for more details.
Update 3/18: Supreme’s Nike Air Tailwind IV collaboration will release this Thursday, March 21, at Supreme NY, LA, London and Paris locations and online. Japan will host its release just days later on March 23.
